"Black Bronze Form"; Bronze, 25 cm round, 2026
"Black Bronze" is the most recent bronze sculpture, finished just before the April 2026 Art Shopping exhibit at the Louvre Carrousel. Lost wax, cast at Laran Bronze in Pennslvania. It was one of four new sculptures finished in 2026 that the artist only had for a couple weeks before they were added to the collection of Parcus gallery.

"Ring", also lost wax, cast at Laran Bronze in Pennslvania, is a sculpture that was made some 40 years after "Two Rings" was cast at Johnson Atelier when Taylor was an apprentice at the foundry.
"Two Rings"; Bronze, 25cm; 1998
"Two Rings" was one of two bronzes cast at the Johnson Atelier while Taylor was an apprentice in 1998. It was his third bronze piece. The technique was learned from sculptor Aldo Cassanova of Scripps College in Claremont. Casanova used polyurethane coated with microcrystalline wax. At Johnson, this was modified to cut polystyrene, which burns out non-toxic. But not all foundries have the ability. Some of the nicest pieces "blew up" at a bronze foundry in Hungary. But in reality the foundry just blew it.
"Dilemma"; Bronze, 15c X 10 X 10; 1998
"Dilemma" was the second of two bronzes cast at the Johnson Atelier while Taylor was an apprentice in 1998. The title referenced Taylor's struggle with the decision to go to med school in the USA. The med school recruited a few artists trying to brush up it's image, in what became just another of their failed experiments. These days they don't pretend to be nice, and doctors no longer run the biz of medicine in USA. We got presidents and junkies ordering drugs for military engineered disease. Nobody pretends it's a humanity anymore.
Both Dilemma and Two Rings were stolen.

The large fresco Form was made with a piece of styrofoam generously given to the artist by sculptor Rocco Cardinali while on a residency in Ascea Italy, 2016.

Rocco also generously supplied Taylor with stoneware. Taylor used the clay to make Space Junk" taken to the Louvre Carrousel in 2016, and the Ceramic Balls which were fired by Raku over dinner and Rocco's own wine.
